Frequently asked questions
Is the battery included?
Yes. Every chair ships with a 10,000 mAh rechargeable battery pack. You don’t need to buy anything else: charge it, clip it in and press the button.'ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
How warm does it get, and how fast?
You’ll feel heat in your back and seat within 2–3 minutes of pressing the button. There are 3 heat settings, from a gentle warm to properly toasty, and the button glows to show it’s on.
Is it sturdy enough for a big guy on the ice?
Yes. The steel frame holds up to [300] lbs, and the wide feet stay steady on ice, snow and uneven banks. It’s built for long, cold sessions, not just a backyard sit.
How long does the heat last in freezing temperatures?
Up to 15 hours on low and 6 hours on high from a full charge. Batteries drain faster in hard cold, so keep the pack in its zipped pocket under the seat, where the chair’s own heat protects it. For all-day sessions, bring a spare power bank. Any standard USB power bank works.
